BOYCE, Kieran - January 13, 1957 to May 2, 2025 (Chester, New York, formerly of Glenties, Donegal)


It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kieran Boyce, who passed away on May 2, 2025 in Manhattan, New York, USA.


Husband of Deirdre for over 30 years and a loving father to Joe and T.K.. Beloved son of the late Josie and Bridge Boyce. Sadly missed by his sisters Mary, Pauline, and Gina; predeceased by his sisters Finola and Ann, and his brother Aidan. He will be remembered by his extended family, friends, and all who knew him.


Kieran worked as a carpenter and was a retired member of the New York City Carpenters Union Local 608, 157. He trained as a boat builder, carpenter, and welder in the boatyards of Killybegs. Kieran enjoyed sports, including GAA, football, and American football, and he was a NY Yankees fan. He also had an interest in music and animals.


Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 5 pm to 8 pm at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 10 am at Sacred Heart Church, 26 Still Road, Monroe, NY 10950.

The family entrusted Kieran's care to the Flynn family and Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Center's staff.


Cremation care will be provided under the direct supervision of Brendan and Thomas Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY.
