Marcos D. Fernandez of Monroe, NY, a Yardman for Roe Brother's Lumber Company in Florida, N.Y., died unexpectedly at St. Anthony's Hospital on August 1, 2024.
He was born in Nyack, N.Y., on June 3, 1999, the son of Yessenia Gonzalez and Reinaldo Fernandez.
Marcos is survived by his girlfriend, Ashley Pinel; his mother, Yessenia Gonzalez; and his father, Reinaldo Fernandez. His sisters Nayomi Fernandez, Saray Pena, and Yessenia Cortez, as well as his nieces Angelina Juliet and Ana, also survive.
Private family time was held on Friday, August 2, 2024, with cremation following under the immediate care and supervision of Brendan & Thomas Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Chester, N.Y.
The family entrusted Marcos's care to the Flynn Family and Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Center staff.
