Carol Ann was born on September 21, 1961, to Robert and Helena Morrisey Forte.
Her family has selected to hold private services with Brendan & Thomas Flynn providing cremation care at Oxford Hiils Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY.
The Forte family entrusted the Flynn Family and Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Center staff to care for Carol Ann during this time.
