Lee Jay Carlson of Monroe, New York died at his residence on Wednesday May 10,2023.
He was 63 years of age.
Lee was the son of Arthur and Carlyle Carlson.
He was born on September 4, 1959, in the Patterson, NJ.
A retired Veteran Lee was a proud member of The Veterans Association.
He was a beloved Son, Brother, Father, and husband who will be deeply missed.
Lee is survived by his wife Joanna and their three sons Brandon, Brian, and Christopher. He is also survived by his Mother Carla, his Sister Jeanne, his two brothers Dale and his wife Emma and Troy, and his wife Joanna.
Lees nieces and nephew also survive him, Jamie Powell-Chisholm, Jeff Carlson, Dawn Carlson, Dale Carlson (Emma) Jeanne Carlson, and Troy Carlson.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday May 21, 2023 at 3:00PM at Calvary Chapel Grace Fellowship located at 549 Route 17, Tuxedo Park, NY 10987 (Duck Cedar Plaza).
Cremation care is being provided under the immediate supervision of Thomas & Brendan Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc.Funeral care by the Flynn Family and Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Center staff.
