Carolyn M. Fluegel of Chester, NY, died peacefully on May 11, 2023 at her residence. She was 89 years of age.
The daughter of the later John & Charlotte Forsey she was born in Plains, PA.
She was predeceased by her husband Raymond H. Fluegel, Sr. Carolyn is survived by her son Raymond H. Fluegel, Jr., her grandaughter Sheila Castalonia Carolyn and great granddaughter Everleigh Lynn Castalonia. Carolyn is farther survived by is also survived by her two sisters Ellen Sindaco & Charlotte Corcoran.
Carolyn is predeceased by her brothers John Forsey, Jr., Richard Forsey, William Forsey, Thomas Forsey, Stanley Forsey & Merritt Forsey as well as her sister Catherine M. Shook.
An Entombment will take place on Thursday May 18, 2023 at 12 PM, at Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, 4115 Memorial Highway, Dallas, PA 18621.
