James Joseph Higgins of Monroe, New York, died peacefully on January 24, 2025, at Valley View Health Care Center in Goshen, NY.
The family will hold a Funeral Memorial Mass at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in May 2025; the date is not yet determined.
James' cremains will be interred with military honors at Orange County Veterans Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, NY 10924.
Cremation care will be provided under the immediate care and supervision of Brendan & Thomas Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY.
James's family has entrusted his care to the Flynn family staff and the Flynn Funeral & Cremation MemCenter staff.
