Donna Marie Canonico, a 61-year resident of Chester, NY, passed away on January 26, 2025, at 65.

Daughter of the late Michael and Florence Canonico, she was born on November 20, 1959, in Brooklyn, NY.

Donna was a paralegal at Price, Meese, Shulman & D'Arminio for 30-plus years. 

She was a member of the Circle of Tuxedo, Crop Around the Clock, Mystery Stamping with Maria, Scrapbooking, Girls Plus Paper Scrappers, and My Little Scrapbook.

Donna will always be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the pure joy she brought to everyone around her. As a family, we take comfort in the countless beautiful memories we shared with her, and we find peace knowing she is now resting with family members who have gone before her. 

Donna is predeceased by her parents, Michael and Florence Canonico, and her nephew, Eric Piampiano.

Donna is survived by her siblings, Michael (Mildred) Canonico, Barbara Canonico Piampiano, and Christopher (Christine) Canonico; her six nieces and nephews, Amy Canonico, Wendy (Canonico) Rodriguez, Jeremiah Canonico, Elyse Piampiano, Cara Piampiano, and Nicole Canonico as well as her five great nieces and nephews, Alayna, Kevin, Kristian, Natalie and Noah.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 12 pm at St Columba R.C. Church, 31 High Street, Chester, NY 10918. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 pm at The Orange County Veteran's Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, NY 10924. 

The family entrusted Donna's care to the Flynn family and Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers staff.
