Constance (Busha) Yehling Middletown, New York Constance Busha Yehling of 15 year resident of Middletown, NY a retired housewife died peacefully April 2, 2018 at Achieve Health Care Facility in Liberty, New York. The daughter of the late Walter and Mary Bak she was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 5, 1938. Constance is survived by her children Dianne Frank of Walden, NY, Shirley Holzmuller of Middletown, NY, Thomas Yehling of Middletown, NY and 5 grandchildren, Candy Sledzianowski, Charles Frank, IV, Erich Holzmuller, Ryan Holzmuller and Larissa Holzmuller. Her sister Eleanor Pankiewicz of Chicago, Illinois, also survives her. She is further survived by five great grandchildren, and her niece Pamela Chow of Chicago. She was pre-deceased by her sister Joan Bak. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 during the hours of 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950.
