Tyler Christian Golembreski of Monroe, New York died on June 30, 2019, at his residence. He was 20 years of age. Tyler was a construction worker for Prosite work in Monroe, NY. The son of Anthony & Denise Golembreski he was born in January 1999, in NJ. Tyler played ice hocky and won the state championship with Monroe Woodbury. Tyler wanted to go back to school to further his career as a operator engineer in order to start his own business. He also, would have loved to become a tattoo artist. Survivors include his Parents Anthony & Denise Golembreski, his siblings Nicole and Cody. He is also survived by his grandmother Mimi Bajakian, his uncles Richard & Bryan Bajakian. As well as his cousins Leron & Brianna Bajakian. A Visitation will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019 during the hours of 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc. located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY.
