Theodore Emanuel Browne ( 09.04.1941 - 03.08.2018) Theodore Emanuel Browne of Wurtsboro, New York, a printer since graduating high school and a resident of Orange and Sullivan counties since 1986, died on March 8, 2018, surrounded by his family. He was 76. The Son of the late Nathaniel and Celia Browne, he was born September 4, 1941, in the Bronx, New York. Ted was a member of numerous train enthusiast and train collector clubs. His home was filled with an abundance of model trains, subway cars, and Bronx history books. He loved to share his train layouts with his grandchildren and their friends. Survivors include daughters Natalie Browne and her husband, Eben Rockwell Hill of Monroe, New York and Lori Browne of Denver, Colorado; brother, Joseph Browne and his wife, Cassandra Browne of West Palm Beach; Susan Taylor, his fiance; and granddaughters Charlotte Celia and Addison Ruth. He was predeceased by his best friend of 70 years, William Streicher. Memorial service will be held on March 9, 2018, at 10:45 am at the Monroe Temple of Liberal Judaism at 314 N. Main Street, Monroe. The family will be sitting Shiva. Memorial contributions can be made to Sloan Kettering Memorial Cancer Center.
