Stephen Thomas Littier, Jr., of New Windsor, NY died on December 7, 2018, at Rockleigh Health Care Facility in Rockleigh, NJ. He was 72 years of age. The family is working with our firm in arranging a Memorial Service, once all details are arranged a full obituary will appear on our website and in the Times Herald-Record . Cremation will occur at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY. Funeral arrangements and Cremation Care have been entrusted to Thomas F. Flynn and Brendan T.
