Scott R. Pavignano of Otisville, NY, died peacefully at his residence on April 5, 2023, at 55 years of age.
The son of Robert and Annette Pavignano, he was born in Nyack, N.Y.
Scott was an avid hunter and fisherman, he was a member of The Black Rock Fish and Game Club, and was always happiest in the woods on his tree stand or sitting beside Lake Wallenpaupack with a fishing pole in hand. Because of this, he was often referred to as "Gowdy" by his friends. He was also a die-hard Sports fan and loved watching the Jets and Yankees. Tailgating at Jets games was one of his favorite things to do. Scott cherished his family and especially adored his niece Bella Pavignano and nephew Evan Pavignano. He will be remembered as someone with a great sense of humor who could always make people laugh. Friends always loved spending time with him. Sadly, he was taken too soon and he will be missed so much by so many.
Scott is survived by his Mother Annette Pavignano, his Father Robert Pavignano, and his brothers Todd (Alicia) Pavignano and Chris Pavignano.
VISITATION will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950.
A Life Celebration will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home at 8:00 PM.
Cremation will follow at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY., under the care and supervision of Thomas & Brendan Flynn.
