Ruth Chen of Washingtonville, NY, passed away on March 2, 2020. She was 64 years old. Ruth is survived by her loving husband Philip Chen and their three daughters, Betty, Joy and Kayla. A private family visitation will be held on Friday March 6, 2020 during the hours of 9:00 and 11:30 AM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950. Burial will follow at St Michael's Cemetery located at 72-02 Astoria Blvd, East Elmhurst, NY 11370. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Thomas F. and Brendan T.
