With a heavy heart, we share the passing of Richard A. Jacobs of Middletown, N.Y.
He peacefully passed away on October 5, 2023, at Garnett Medical Center in Wallkill, N.Y.
Cremation care has been entrusted to Brendan and Thomas Flynn.
The cremation will be conducted at Oxford Hills Crematory, Chester, N.Y.
The Interment of Richard's cremains will take place later, and we will update our website with the interment details once confirmed.
