Richard A. Babcock Sr., of Middletown, New York, entered into eternal rest on September 8, 2020, at Garnet Health Medical Center. He was 64 years old. Richard was employed by the Town of Wallkill Highway Department for 30 years. Richard is survived by his wife, Diana Babcock, two sons Richard A. Babcock Jr. and Michael Babcock, daughter, Stacie Babcock, two step children Timothy Mann Jr and Crystal Nesbitt, brother Earl Babcock Jr., sister Barbara Myers, and 8 grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at Wallkill cemetery in Middletown, NY, date and time to be announced. Funeral Arrangements and Cremation Care have been entrusted to Brendan T. Flynn and Thomas F.
