Phillip Miller, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home on June 19, 2025, at the age of 91.

Born in Middletown, NY, on December 5, 1933, he was the son of Edward and Molly Miller.

Phillip was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th degree, and served two years in the US Army. He later met and married Alfreda Ida Scandurra of Chester, NY, at St. Columba R.C. Church. The couple moved to Brooklyn, NY, and raised two children together.

Phillip worked at the Post Office until his retirement.

After his wife Ida's death in 2014, Phillip lived with his daughter.

Phillip is survived by his daughter, Tina Marie Pickett (Miller), and her husband, Michael Pickett, of Farmington, AR; his son, Phillip Miller, and his wife, Donna Miller, of Norfolk, VA; his grandchildren, Maryssa S. Pickett of Charlotte, NC, Shane Michael Pickett of Huntsville, AL, Ariana Moss (Pickett) and her husband, Jacob Moss, of Farmington, AR, Aaron Miller, Taron Miller; and his great-grandchild, Liam Miller, of Norfolk, VA. He was predeceased by his grandson, Gabriel Miller of Norfolk, VA.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at 10 am at St. Columba R.C. Church, 27 High Street, Chester, NY 10918.

Burial will follow at St. Columba Parish Cemetery, 3335 NY-94, Chester, NY 10918.

The family entrusted Philip's care to the Flynn family and Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Center's staff.
