Patrick Kevin Regan a former resident of Chester, NY died peacefully on January 4, 2021. The son of the late John and Catherine Cosgrove Regan he was born in New York City on January 14, 1954. Patrick was pre-deceased by his parents and his brother John M. Regan. His family has retained our firm in conducting services privately at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Thomas & Brendan Flynn and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
