Margaret Mulhall, a longtime resident of Chester, New York, died peacefully on December 1, 2019, at Andover Health Care Facility in Andover, New Jersey. She was 87 years of age. Her family has arranged to have a Mass and Burial at St. Columba R.C. Church & Cemetery located in Chester, NY.
