August 25, 1962 — September 18, 2023

Kathleen "Kathi" Marie Engelman of Westtown, NY, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2023, at the age of 61, after a courageous two-year battle with cancer. Her family was by her side from the start of her battle until the very end. She was never alone in her fight.Kathi was born on August 25, 1962, in Burbank, CA, and for several years has happily resided in Westtown, NY, where she and David have made the East Coast their home. Her perfect day started by sipping coffee in the morning and FaceTiming all of her children together for everyone to connect before the day began. Her Family was the thing she cherished most.Kathi is survived by the love of her life of over 38 years, her husband David, her three children, Jacob "Pumpkinhead" (Emily) Engelman, Alyssa "Tink" (Brendan) Scully, and Andrea "Shorty" Engelman, two beautiful grandchildren, Leopold and Luna Engelman, her brother David (Joyce) Smith, her mother Agatha Smith, and her favorite fluffy pup, Indy.

She is preceded in death by her father, Donnie Smith.
