Joseph Monaco a longtime resident of Monroe, New York died on June 2, 2020, at his residence. He was 68 years of age. Due to the present Health Care concerns, his family will hold private services now and plan on a Memorial Mass at Sacred Heart R.C. Church at a date to be announced. Interment will take place at St. Columba Cemetery, in Chester, New York. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Thomas F. Flynn and Brendan T.
