Joseph Devine of Monroe, New York passed away on Apr 10, 2020. He was 92 years of age. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, his family will postpone the Life Celebration planned. Cremation will occur at Oxford Hills Crematory, inc., Chester, NY.
