Joseph A. Rumsey of Chester, New York a lifelong resident of the area, died peacefully on July 15, 2019, at Golden Hill Health Care Facility in Kingston, New York. He was 72 years of age. No public viewing or services are planned at per Joe's wishes. Cremation services will take place at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, New York.
