Whitney, a longtime resident of Chester, NY, died peacefully on December 27, 2022, at Achieve Health Care Facility in Liberty, N.Y.John was 90 years of age.He was a retired Carpenter with Local 212.He was pre-deceased by his wife, Regina.A Funeral Mass will be held on January 4, 2023, at 10:00 AM in St. Columba R.C. Church located at 27 High Street, Chester, NY 10918.Cremation will follow at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., under the immediate care and supervision of Thomas & Brendan Flynn.
