Joe Phipps a longtime resident of Monroe, N.Y. died on December 24, 2023 at Garnet Medical Center in Wallkill, N.Y.
Joe was 86 years of age.
A simple cremation service without visitation was held by the family.
Cremation care was provided by Brendan & Thomas Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, N.Y.
Funeral arrangements were under the supervision of the Flynn Family and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers.
