Joanne Jacobus of Westtown, New York passed away on April 24, 2020, at her residence. She was 84 years of age. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no Funeral Home or Church services. A Memorial and gathering of friends and family will take place at a future date to be announced.
