\James P. Cooke, a longtime resident of the area, died peacefully at his residence surrounded by his caring and loving family.
Jimmy was a retired member of the New York Police Department, having served the City of New York for 21 years.
He is survived by his beloved Wife, Susan, and their children, James (Jeannie), Michael (Alice), and Kevin (Theresa) Cooke.
Private family viewing will take place at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950.
Cremation care will be provided by Brendan & Thomas Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory., Chester, NY.
