James Cox of New Windsor, New York died peacefully on October 19, 2019, at the Sapphire Health Care Facility in Goshen, New York. He was 94 years of age. His family has retained our firm in arranging private family viewing at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950 on October 21, 2019, where a Prayer Service was held.
