Gladys E. Ingles (01/15/1947 - 01/21/2018), Monroe, NY. Gladys E. Ingles of Monroe, New York, passed away on January 21, 2018. Gladys is survived by her husband of 35 years, Edgardo L. Sanchez, her parents Felix and Valerie Cotto, her son Brandon Sanchez, daughter Lainie L. Murphy, son-in-law Michael Murphy, grandson and joy of her heart, Nathan M. Murphy, as well as her brothers, a sister, in-laws, beloved nieces and nephews, friends and her sweet canine companion Jasmine. Gladys was preceded in death by her son, Paul Paduani. Gladys lived to serve, and died suddenly to the great dismay of those closest to her. She had no greater joy in her life than to take care of her family. She had been retired for 15 years from the NYC Department of Social Services - a job suited to her natural inclination to serve others. The family appreciates the outpouring of love and support received during their time of grief. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018, during the times of 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc. located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950.
