Gerald DeVisser of Goshen, NY passed peacefully on March 14, 2019, at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 94 years old. Gerald was born in 1924 in Paterson, New Jersey to Jacob and Florence DeVisser. Gerald was a member of the U.S. Navy, World War II Veteran, Purple Heart Recipient, & active member of the Goshen Senior Center. He is the Widower of Anne DeVisser. He is survived by his children Jerry and his wife Barbara DeVisser of Saint Helena Island, S.C.; Pat Santalla of Goshen, NY; and Robin and Geno Romei, of Totowa, NJ. As well as his grandchildren Marissa & Michael Santalla, and Jerry Romei. His family has selected to have a private cremation service without public visitation with a spring time interment service with Military Honors for Gerald's cremated remains. Cremation occurred at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY. Funeral arrangements and Cremation Care have been entrusted to Brendan T. Flynn and Thomas F.
