Frankie Charles Chillingworth of Middletown, NY, died on May 1, 2023, at Garnett Medical Center in Wallkill, NY.
His family is working with our firm to hold a simple cremation service while we plan a Celebration of Life in the Middletown area later in the Spring.
Cremation care was entrusted to Thomas & Brendan Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY.
The Flynn Family and Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Center staff provided funeral care.
A FULL OBITUARY WILL APPEAR ONCE THE CELEBRATION OF LIFE DETAILS ARE FINALIZED.
