Frank Campbell, a longtime resident of Chester, New York died April 28, 2020, at Middletown Park Manor Nursing Home. He was 89 years of age. The family has retained our firm in conducting services. Upon the confirmation of all details, a full obituary will appear on our website. ( A Memorial Mass and inurnment will follow once permitted) Cremation will occur at Oxford Hills, Inc., Chester, NY. Due to the current COVIRUS-19 restrictions, the Funeral Mass and inurnment of cremains will take place at a date and time deemed safe and appropriate.
