Frances E. Matteo passed away on April 8, 2020, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York. She was 73 years of age. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, her family will have private services now and plan on a Memorial Mass and Life Celebration later this year Cremation will occur at Oxford Hills Crematory, inc., Chester, NY.
