Evelyn McGahan a longtime resident of Chester, New York passed away on May 20, 2020, at the Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton PA. She was 79 years of age. Due to the Co-Virus Pandemic restrictions, the family will have private services at this time with a Life Celebration and Services to be announced once, permitted.
