Eugene Chin of Chester, New York died on March 23, 2020, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Yonkers, New York. His family has retained our services in performing services followed by a cremation service. Due to the National Health Care Concerns and Guild lines by the Center for Disease Control, services will be held at a later date.
