Eileen Pileggi, a 24-year resident of Chester, died November 29, 2023, at St. Anthony's Community Hospital. She was 78 years old.

The Daughter of Nicholas Montemarano and Florence Centkowski, she was born on October 30, 1945, in Suffern Hospital in New York.

She was a proud member of the Haverstraw Volunteer Ambulance Corp, the Haverstraw Elk's Lodge Ladies Auxillary, the Chester Senior Center, and the Golden Age Walkers Club.

Eileen was a loving wife, a Dedicated Mother, and a lover of animals, and she will be missed dearly by her friends and family.

She was The Widow to her first husband, Private First Class Joseph P. Conklin.

Eileen is survived by her husband, Frank Pileggi Jr. of Chester, NY. Along with her two sons, Christopher Pileggi (Ronni) and Nicholas Pileggi.

Eileen is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Diane, Carbo, John Montemarano Jr., Linda Montemarano, and Lisa Keahon.

She is Predeceased by her two brothers, Joseph Montemarano and John "Jack" Montemarano.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, 3 Hudson Street, Chester, NY 10918.

Burial will follow at St. Peters Cemetery at 78-80 RR9 West & Hillsdale Avenue, Haverstraw, New York 10927.
