Edward M. Kastor, of Monroe, New York, died October 29, 2018, at Middletown Park Manor Rehabilitation and Health Care, in Wallkill, New York. He was 88 years of age. Edward was born in January 1930, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Anthony and Bronie Kastor. He worked as a salesman for Juniper Industries before retirement. He is survived by his wife Elsie, at home. Survivors also include his sons Edward and his wife Mary Anne, John and his wife Joyce, Richard and his wife Linda; Daughter Laura Pilat and her husband Craig; as well as grandchildren Richard Jr., Rosie, Edward, Allison, John, Raymond, Jake, Gavin, and Kelsey. A Memorial Visitation will be held Sunday, November 4, 2018, during the hours of 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York, 10950. A Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018, at 1:00 PM at St. Anastasia's R.C. Church, located at 21 N. Main Street, Harriman, New York, 10926, with Father Michael Keane officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. Anastasia's R.C. Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Monroe Volunteer Ambulance would be appreciated by the family.
