Barbara A. Churcher, a retired nurse and beloved longtime resident of the community, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2026.

The widow of John A. Churcher, Barbara's greatest joy in life was her Family. Her children lovingly survive her:

• Son, John Churcher, and his wife, Carolyn.
• Daughter, Ann Marie Turso.
• Daughter, Eileen Disken, and her husband, Brian.
• Daughter, Kristen Churcher.

Barbara was a proud and adoring grandmother to Jake Churcher and his fiancé, Carli; Kelley Churcher and her fiancé, Augie; Kaitlyn Churcher; Cassidy Weitzer; Daniella Turso; and Alicia Turso. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will live on in each of them.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick's R.C. Church (Parish of Sacred Heart–St Patrick), 488 NY Route 32, Highland Mills, New York 10930, at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, February 13, 2026.

Cremation will follow under the immediate supervision of Brendan Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY.

Family and friends are invited to come together to honor Barbara's life, share stories, and remember the love and laughter she brought to all who knew her.
