Annette Jacobs of Middletown, New York died peacefully on June 27, 2019, at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill, New York. She was 73 years of age. Per Annette's wishes there will be no public wake or viewing for her service, the family has arranged for private services. Funeral arrangements and Cremation Care have been entrusted to Thomas F. Flynn and Brendan T. Flynn and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
