Ann E. Garner-Gulston of Newark, N.J, a 30-year resident of the area, passed away on August 31, 2022, at Cooperman Barnabus Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.
She was 69 years of age.
The daughter of Clemencia Daniel and the late Walter Gardner, Sr., Ann was born on October 9, 1952, in Trinidad and Tobago.
Ann worked as an Operating Room Patient Scheduler for 19 years at University Hospital.
Ann was a Member of Our Gang Travel Group and is survived by her son Kenneth Gulston, Jr., and his wife, Jessie Jones-Gulston, Harriman, NY., and by her grandchildren, Laila and Madison.
Ann is survived by her siblings Walter, Jr., Kenneth, Kelvin, Eric, Charles, Brian, Marva, Sharon Gardner, Pamela Wright, Earl Wright, and Beverly Gardner-Samuel, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Ann is predeceased by her granddaughter Kenise Trinity and her brother Russell.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for 3:00 PM a the Funeral Home.
Thomas & Brendan Flynn provided the Cremation Care at Oxford Hills Crematory in Chester, NY.
Funeral arrangements have been placed into the care of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
